Start with us at any stage.

Come to us with just a block and an idea, and we'll work with you through design and permits. Already have approved plans and a building permit? We'll pick up the project from there and see it through until you're moving in.

About Monarc

Two brothers, one building company.

When you hand us the keys to your block, you're trusting us with your family's future home. We never take that lightly.
Monarc

Monarc is owned and run by brothers Andrew and Steven Mamone.

With 30 years of combined experience across custom homes, knockdown rebuilds and multi-unit developments, they've built the business around their individual strengths. Steven brings his expertise in carpentry and site work, while Andrew oversees the planning, trades and smooth running of each project. Together, they're involved in every build from start to finish.

Steven is the head carpenter and supervisor. He runs the team on site and is hands-on with the build every day.
